2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus an administrative fee.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the course or for non-attendance.

• In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule a course, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Certification

• Certificates are awarded only to candidates who successfully complete the course and assessments.

• It is your responsibility to provide correct personal information for certification purposes.

• We reserve the right to withhold certification for non-compliance with course requirements.

4. Code of Conduct

• Students must behave professionally and respectfully toward staff, trainers, and fellow participants.

• Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

• Mobile phones must be on silent during training sessions unless otherwise allowed.

5. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, content, and course content are the intellectual property of Venepuncture Training Institute.

• Materials provided during the course are for personal learning use only and must not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Venepuncture Training Institute is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the course unless due to our proven negligence.

• Students must follow health and safety instructions and assume responsibility for their actions during practical sessions.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
